Important Notice: These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement with the 77da platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms. You must be 21 years of age or older.
Definitions & Introduction
In this document, "77da", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the 77da online gaming platform, available at https://77da.lat. "User", "you", or "member" refers to the person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
The complete legal framework of 77da is formed by these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together. These three documents are to be read and applied collectively.

Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use 77da's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. If a false age is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts, and any bonuses or winnings held in them will be considered void.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading details regarding your name, date of birth, or contact information may cause issues during account verification. 77da may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Giving a third party access to your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at 77da:
- bKash — Mobile financial service
- Nagad — Mobile financial service
- Rocket — Mobile financial service
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳200 — for all methods.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 — for all methods.
Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour maximum after approval.
3.3 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds must come only from your own account. Depositing through a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, 77da may initiate a verification process.
3.4 Withdrawal Terms
77da may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. If an active bonus wagering requirement on the account has not been met, the withdrawal may be temporarily held.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
Example 2: ৳14,000 deposit → bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. Note: wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳1,200 total wagering required before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion can only be claimed once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once the wagering requirement is met.
- 77da reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If a breach or abuse of bonus terms is suspected, 77da may cancel the bonus.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.
VIP Program & Rewards
77da's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback benefits are provided once per week and specific terms may apply.
77da reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner of any changes.
Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77da platform:
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software, algorithms, or game engine.
- Gaining an unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
- Attempting to influence gaming outcomes through collusion with other members.
- Misconduct or threats directed at platform staff.
- Claiming bonus or promotional benefits using false information.
If any such activity is detected, 77da reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.
Platform Services & Availability
7.1 Service Continuity
77da strives to maintain the highest service standards. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. 77da will not be held responsible for such disruptions.
7.2 Gaming Results
All gaming results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 77da is regularly audited to ensure fair play. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 77da reserves the right to apply the correct result.
7.3 Technical Issues
If an internet connection is lost during gameplay or a game remains incomplete due to any other technical reason, the result will be determined based on the last valid data recorded in the 77da system.

Members can set the following limits for themselves:
- Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Session time limits and loss limits.

Account Closure & Termination
10.1 Closure by User
You may request closure of your account at any time. Contact the support team to begin this process. Any active balance must be withdrawn before closure.
10.2 Closure by 77da
77da may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or illegal transactions.
- Prolonged account inactivity.
- In the interest of the user's safety (e.g. self-exclusion request).

- Exposure of a user's personal information due to a third party.
- Gaming disruption caused by loss of internet connection.
- Loss due to a fault on the user's device.

Changes to Terms
77da reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform announcement.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you re-read the terms after each update.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between 77da and the member, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
